How is each piece documented?

Every item is individually researched, photographed, and cataloged with its era, origin, maker, materials, markings, measurements, condition, and any known provenance — so you know exactly what you are buying.

Do you provide a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every completed purchase can generate a printable Certificate of Authenticity on Dixie Relics letterhead, stating the guarantee for that specific piece.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal through secure checkout, as well as check, money order, and layaway by arrangement. Your card details are handled by the payment processor and never stored on our site.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes. Higher-value pieces offer a “Request Layaway” option at checkout — tell us the terms that work for you and we will confirm a simple payment plan.

How do you ship, and can you ship firearms?

Orders ship fully insured with tracking, and signature confirmation on high-value pieces. Antique and collectible firearms and other regulated items are shipped by the appropriate carrier and method, including FFL-to-FFL transfers and adult (21+) signature where required. Buyers are responsible for meeting the laws that apply where they live.

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within a short inspection period in the same condition as received; the authenticity guarantee has no time limit.
